Design Department (CAD&CAM) Introduction
KG Laser’s design department reviews the drawing that clients sent via e-mail and FAX, checks product characteristics, and designs.
CAD team has business talks with clients the most and CAD team always treat clients with a smile. After CAD step, the product configuration program is made in CAM step.
In this step, the thickness and quantity of products are checked and configured. The configured files are sent to the machine.
CAM step converts to the laser processing file and sends files. The design department divides CAD and CAM and proceeds CAM step again to filter the parts that were missed in CAD step for the high-quality products.
CAD Step
The staff works on design work after checking on the product characteristics of drawings that clients sent via e-mail and FAX. As CAD team has business talks with clients the most, CAD team always treat clients with a smile.
CAM Step
In this step, product configuration programs are made. The thickness and quantity of products are checked and configured.
The configured files are sent to the laser processing machines. Then, the files are converted to laser processing file and sent in CAM step.
